Hello,
On the application guide document, the following eligibility requirement is listed:
"GED, home schooling, distance learning, or other equivalent certificates are not considered as a high
school diploma, thus does not satisfy the minimum criteria for eligibility."
Though most of my education will have been taken in a traditional school setting, I will be graduating from an online school that I have taken three courses with. This is a provincially recognized school that is part of the same education board as other local traditional schools. I will be taking, in person, the same standardized diploma exams as other students who have been studying in a traditional school setting. I will also be receiving the same official high school diploma as everyone else. Does the fact that the content of these courses was delivered online disqualify me from admission at Yonsei?
Thank you!
´äº¯ÀÔ´Ï´Ù. Greetings, In accordance with "Basic rules on the selecion of applicants for admission to each university or college(´ëÇÐÀÔÇÐÀüÇü ±âº»»çÇ×)", GED, home schooling, distance learning or other equivalent certificates holders are not eligible to apply to international students admissions. Thank you for your interest in Yonsei. |
